Cultivating Presence in Daily Life

A Mindfulness Mentoring session extends the work of Water, Breath & Body onto land. It is a natural progression that creates an opportunity to integrate what becomes awake in the water into daily life. Through one-on-one sessions, you’ll receive support in bringing presence, clarity and resilience into the realities of everyday living.


Guided by presence, compassion and unconditional acceptance, I hold supportive space where you are invited to explore and reconnect with yourself. Our work is collaborative, grounded in listening, curiosity and the practice of meeting whatever arises with openness and care.

Each session follows the unique thread of what feels alive and present for you in the authentic moment. Our open dialogue has the intention of helping to guide you from the patterned, narrative-dominant tendencies of the mind to experiencing the aliveness of everything you navigate in your life from the perspective of the body and the heart.

Sessions are complimented with curated explorations that you can do on your own to help you into an integrated, direct experience of the concepts we explore. Over time, you develop the tools to feel the physicality of emotion cultivating the capacity to live life with more grace and ease.
